Hout Bay "Sucker Hole"

Karbonkelberg has its own "sucker hole".  The slope running up the mountain from the Boss400 wreck has a surprising ability to convince people that it is a way up to rocket road and home.  Once they start the climb the hikers find it then blanks out, leaving the mislead adventurers feeling vulnerable on a series of steep ledges.

What is special about this place is how consistent it is.  The NSRI know by now where to train their light to find the strandees within seconds.
